Hey Terry here,

Are you Ready For Financial Take Off?

Recently I got asked a question…

“Terry, do you still educate yourself and attend training classes”

I practice what I preach and I’ll pay top dollar to learn something I don’t know and I always will as long as there is a true benefit. I learned a long time ago that good information is priceless. I don’t just say that because I’m in the information business and get paid to give great advice (its no charity event here).

I say this because if I could learn just one new idea, adapt it to any one of my systems and make ten times return on what I paid to learn that one idea then the cost is irrelevant.

This is very important to understand, you must be careful to whom you listen to. There is a big difference between someone who has read a bunch of information and teaching you from a text book. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of people out there who are phonies and willing to teach, it doesn’t mean they are truly qualified to teach.

I’ve ran into a handful of experiences and have heard plenty of stories of individuals who have paid good money for books and seminars only to find out the systems are mediocre to say the least – broken systems.

Never Trust A Skinny Chef!

I recommend you never take financial advice from people who are not making at least several times your income. If you’re taking advice from broke people chances are you’ll be broke too. I hear all too often about people who they get there financial advice from either their accountant or attorney but I’ve never heard anyone tell me they’ve got rich by doing so.

My point is they’re not in a position to teach you how to go out and make money. This would also go for any of your friends, co-workers, uncles, and anyone else who isn’t filthy rich.

It all starts with a little action, we all need a plan and the plan starts here. Don’t wait for all the answers and let the days turn to weeks before you get the ball rolling. The key to getting started is movement and I’m not talking where everything has got to be perfect before you make a move. Even if you’re first deal isn’t as good as it could be, it’s still a deal if it makes cash flow after expenses and it will be a huge part of the big picture.

Not every deal needs to be a top 1% homerun even a top 5% deal can put you into a different league. It only takes one commercial deal to put you into early retirement. So it starts now and it starts with you.
Getting educated by listening to CD’s and reading books is a great start to understanding the basics but it cannot teach you everything.I have a MBA – Manuals, Books and Audio’s… meaning of course I’ve invested my fair share and still benefiting every day from it!

It takes the knowledge with a system in place and some practice.

If you need a little help click here now

Talk to you soon,

Terry
