This is to inform you that I happily attended Terry’s three day affair
at the LAX Marriott this past weekend and must say that the last day
when Terry allowed us to listen in while he tried closing a deal for a
senior living facility in South Carolina was truly a beautiful thing.
I felt about that the way women feel about watching a love story. The
way he negotiated with the seller getting him down from three mil to
one.five and with a cash payment of one hundred and eighty dollars
when the seller first wanted $225K was incredible.
