I would like to speak to you regarding several commercial properties that I am interested in.

First thing I usually do is call the city tax assessing office and check out the property for name of owner, tax valuation, property value, type of water, sewer etc.

I then need to speak to a realtor, if I cannot access the owner directly because it is the best way to make a deal.
