If you look at things from their point of view, you’ll see that it makes sense for you to state your case, get to the point, and act like you have some clue of what you’re talking about if you want to get results.

Most commercial properties truly do go through an agent, but this isn’t the case for all of them. With some deals, you’re going to purchase directly from the seller, but when an agent is involved, unlike in the residential world, it’s a good thing.
